Overall Receivables Management for the concerned segment, including :
- Proper & Timely Accounting of Receipts, Tax Invoices, Sales & Marketing Exps, etc and allocation against the invoices thereof
- Credit Control
- Monitoring overdue status and ensuring overdues remain under control
- Periodical Review with sales team & Seniors
- Keeping the receivables ageing clean
- Maintaining records and documents
- Checking, posting and accounting of Sales & Marketing expenses
- MIS on Sales and Marketing expenses
- Monthly closing
Team Management & Team Building
- Will be managing a team of accountants
- Maintaining discipline in the team
- Training the team members in multiple activities
- Developing a back-up structure within the team
