• B Com graduate with a keen bent of mind on Financial numbers - Good accounting knowledge
• Team leading experience (minimum 3- 4 years) - should have effectively led the team in a Back Office (Data Entry) environment and demonstrated good leadership qualities in the past role.
• Should have handled escalation issues from clients and offered suitable solutions to team members.
• Participated in process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Good command over English Language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent email writing skills
• Basic Mathematics
• Good knowledge of other MS Office tools.
• Data entry skills
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Willing to work in shifts
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle a team of 15-20 people working in either day or night shift
• Forecasting attrition and hiring back-fill ahead of time
• Work with Directors and handle key client communication
• Training new hires
• Ensure all Projects are handled within the target turnaround time and with highest levels of quality.
• Create Desk Top Procedures – strong documentation skills
• Handled escalation from clients and offered suitable solutions to team members.
• Plan process improvement projects/activities and deliver quarterly productivity improvement
