As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Algo Trading Sales Specialist to join our team. 

Working Day: Mon to Sat: 9.30 to 6.30

2nd & 4th Sat off.

Job Description :

Position Overview:


 The Algo Trading Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our algorithmic trading solutions to institutional clients, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and other market participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, experience in sales, and a passion for delivering value-added solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective institutional clients/HNI’s/ Derivative Fund managers/ HFT’s/ MFT’s/ Family offices interested in algorithmic trading solutions, leveraging industry contacts and networking opportunities

2. Product Presentation: Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our algorithmic trading solutions to prospective clients through presentations, demonstrations, and product trials

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their trading objectives and tailoring solutions to meet their needs

4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base in the algorithmic trading space.

5. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the algorithmic trading industry to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our offerings.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, technology, and support teams, to ensure seamless delivery of algorithmic trading solutions and exceptional client service.

7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, tracking sales activities, pipeline development, and performance against targets.

Skills :

Qualifications:

 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus. 

2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on algorithmic trading solutions. 

3. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and algorithmic trading technologies.

 4. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers. 

6. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to deliver results.

 7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
