1. Implement HR policies and recommend amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
2. Manage complete Talent Management process
3. Coordinate Performance management process and ensure performances are rewarded on timely basis
4. Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing
5. Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations.
6. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
7. Oversees the preparation and coordination of office activities, i.e. team meeting, team building, staff retreat, etc.
8. Implement interventions to ensure better Employee engagement
9. Ensure engaging Organisation communication
