? HR Operations Management: Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations. 

? HR Policy Development & software Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and legal requirements. 
 ? Oversee the HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
? Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. 
? Manage payroll and staff welfare benefits. ? Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers. ? Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team.
