Job Description :

Works with the company to execute the sales and marketing strategies as part of the the company selling process. The incumbent must use consultative sales methods to influence a variety of audiences like Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultant and Builders. An agressive sales person that ensures the growth and profitability of the Organisation's business by formulating and implementing aggressive business development plans to meet or exceed
agreed business targets.


Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the lighting industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads, to drive revenue
growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders in the lighting industry.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
