Job Description :

  • General Recruitment:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure recruitment aligns with organizational goals.
  • Attendance and Time Office Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies related to working hours, holidays, and attendance tracking.
  • Payroll Management:

    • Administer the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
    • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Statutory Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and labor laws, including EPF, ESI, PT, and other applicable laws.
    • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports, filings, and necessary documentation to regulatory authorities.
  • Employee Welfare:

    • Assist in managing employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Handle day-to-day HR issues, providing support to employees and management.
  • HR Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including contracts, performance reviews, and employee files.
    • Ensure all documents comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Other HR Functions:

    • Assist in employee performance management processes.
    • Provide support for training and development programs.
    • Handle general HR-related queries and concerns
