Job Description :

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in NBFC recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and a proven track record in attracting top talent for various roles within an NBFC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Will Manage the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding on their own.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, and social media, to identify the right candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
  • Offer & Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations and ensure a smooth offer rollout process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's hiring reputation through strategic outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics using Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition within an NBFC.
  • Strong knowledge of Banking/NBFC sector hiring trends and challenges.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report-making for tracking and presenting recruitment data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
