The Sales
Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue
targets, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong
relationships with clients. This role involves providing leadership,
guidance, and direction to the sales team to drive business growth and meet
organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales
goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team - Inside and Field sales -
to drive business outcomes
- Run a daily cadence mechanism to call new customers, follow-up with
existing customers, and start opening opportunities.
- Leverage pre-sales team, marketing collaterals, use cases to
generate opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Reflect relevant cloud technical skills through certifications,
regularly updating of knowledge and drive a similar expectation from the
team
- During the initial months you will report, on a daily basis, your
day plan and again update at the end of the day the actions executed for
the day
- Drive a services oriented culture to ensure clients experience the
best of 1CH at all time
- This is an onsite responsibility with office functioning hours of 9
am to 6 pm
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred).
- Should have experience above 10+ yrs
- Should have 5 yrs relevant in cloud sales (AWS,Azure, GCP)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud fundamentals
- Should have handled South region in the past - should have existing
relationships with clients in Bangalore/Chennai
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a successful
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- A natural collaborator, passionate about customer success and is
employee centric
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
