Job Description :

Work Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce co and generate interest.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to address customer inquiries. 
  • Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.
  • Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales conversions, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain professionalism, positivity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to position them effectively
