Service & Technical Support:

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of DG Sets, Compressors, Construction Equipment, and Industrial Traction Motors.

Diagnose faults and execute necessary repairs, replacements, or upgrades.

Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.

Ensure timely and efficient service execution while maintaining high-quality standards.


Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop sales opportunities for service contracts, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Present and promote service offerings to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Sales & Service Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in aftersales activities, including repair & maintenance of DG Sets, Construction Equipment, Compressors, Industrial Traction Motors, Alternators, and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both technical service support and driving sales of service solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or related engineering fields.

Experience: 3-4 years in aftersales service, maintenance, and sales of industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of DG Sets, Construction Equipment, Compressors, Alternators, Transmission, Gearboxes, Industrial Panels, Motors etc.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to travel as required for service visits and client meetings.
