Job Description :

1.     Client Relationship Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·       Understand client needs and expectations to provide tailored event solutions.

·       Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

2.     Project Coordination:

·       Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., event planning, production, design) to ensure seamless execution of events.

·       Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

·       Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations and deadlines.

3.     Proposal Development:

·       Create compelling event proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

·       Work closely with the sales and creative teams to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.

4.     Event Execution:

·       Oversee the on-site execution of events to ensure they run smoothly and meet quality standards.

·       Address any issues or challenges that arise during events and implement effective solutions.

5.     Team Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of projects.

·       Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and development.

6.     Reporting and Analysis:

·       Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, project status, and financial performance.
