Salary
Process
Ø Process Payroll from HR-One & preparing salary
registers of all locations, bank transfer sheets, comparison to management
& accounts team.
Ø Sending salary register to EPF Consultant & HR
Vizag for statutory payment.
Ø For salary processing uploading paid days sheet of
project-based employees at various locations like JNPT and Chennai location.
Ø For salary processing of drivers and Barmer
location maintaining and uploading deductions, incentive, OT payment and
Variable bonus sheet in HR-ONE.
Ø Adding new employees details in HR-ONE (employee
information, Bank Details & Salary structure) & preceding his/her rest
of the procedure. Making sure that this is done before the 26th of
the month for that month’s salary.
Ø Training of HR-One to new as well existing users.
Ø Making Full & Final Settlements and Marking EPF
exit date on EPFO portal post approval from the management.
Ø Approving Leave request and OD request to HR-ONE
for salary processing.
Ø Collaborate with Finance and EPF consultants to
resolve payroll-related issues and ensure TIMELY compliances.
Recruitment
Process:
Ø Shortlisting
CVs from various resources and taking basic round of interviews for various
positions.
Ø Coordinating
with the candidate and interviewer for the selected candidates and completing
full formalities of acceptance/ rejection of the candidate.
Ø Making
offer letter, appointment letter, relieving letters, experience letter for all
locations of employees as well as project-based employees as per the
pre-existing formats.
Regulatory
compliance
1. Ensure that all information required is provided to EPF consultants for UAN and ESIC no.
2. Follow up with EPF consultants for the same for issues and resolving the same.
Other Works related to HR
Ø Updating of Mediclaim sheet , Organization charts, etc.
Ø Others-
Employee of the month, Birthday celebrations , celebrations etc.
Ø Solving
queries of all location employees related to their salary, attendance, leaves, salary
slips.
Ø Maintaining
disciplinary action in office as tea timing ,lunch timing availed by employees.
Ø Other
works provided by management.
