Location - COIMBATORE
• Market the entire inventory of apartments and services
• Study the current market and competition to discover the price range.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Identify geographical territories to find potential customers.
• Identify communication tools and communication channels in order to approach potential customers. Also develop appropriate content for communication to potential customers.
• Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.
• Lead team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and closing sales at desired margins

• MBA from a premier institute in Sales and Marketing
• Experience of real estate / apartment sales of at least about 200 units per annum of a recognized builder preferably senior living space
• Experience of driving marketing campaigns for real estate companies
• 10-15 yrs experience in real estate
• Proficiency in Tamil and English Language
