Job Description :

We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Senior Associate Account Manager to support and nurture client relationships while ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
This position involves working closely with senior account managers, clients, and internal teams to drive effective communication and execution.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain hands-on experience in account management while working with prominent enterprise clients like Savills, Mitsubishi Electric, Alfa Laval, and Siemens.
You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the company’s growth.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned client accounts, supporting senior account managers.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations

Service Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client expectations.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address minor concerns promptly.

Reporting and Updates
Prepare regular status updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in tracking account performance metrics, including timelines, deliverables, and customer feedback.

Documentation
Maintain organized records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback

Support Strategic Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to support account growth.
Work closely with senior account managers to develop strategies for client retention and business expansion.

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields

2-5 years in account management, client servicing, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
Familiarity with working with enterprise clients in industries like Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Technology.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate smooth client interactions.
