• Ideation & research
• Prepare credit processes & monitoring system
• Understanding of fundamentals of Credit & Risk
• Learners/readers mindset to pick up various subjects pertaining to understanding of Laws of Land, Regulations for various industries, geo-political risks. 
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial and economic theory, including working knowledge of financial statements
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to conduct analysis on limited and/or unstructured data.

Skills:

• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated to learn financial concepts and build out group's skillset.
• Positive attitude and an ability to adapt to changing projects and operations
