Responsible for Research reports.
Collecting multivariate datasets (macro-economic, sectoral) using various resources to link them with domain-specific (residential real estate) research.
Assist senior team members in secondary research, filling data gaps and formulating reports.
Data reconciliation from various sources in order to ensure the authenticity of data.
Preparing PowerPoint presentation, MS word reports based on market Intelligence, primary & secondary data in a structured, timely and comprehensive manner.
Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Actively carry out complex market assessment, developer assessment, consumer assessment, consumer surveys, demand estimation, and financial modeling.
