• Responsible for Research reports.
• Collecting multivariate datasets (macro-economic, sectoral) using various resources to link them with domain-specific (residential real estate) research.
• Assist senior team members in secondary research, filling data gaps and formulating reports.
• Data reconciliation from various sources in order to ensure the authenticity of data.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentation, MS word reports based on market  Intelligence, primary & secondary data in a structured, timely and comprehensive manner.
• Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Actively carry out complex market assessment, developer assessment, consumer assessment, consumer surveys, demand estimation, and financial modeling.
