Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting with at least ten (10) years of experience in
General Ledger Accounting, including team leadership responsibilities
• Experience working with a U.S.-based firm and engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders; experience
in Global Capability Centers is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products, with an advanced knowledge of Excel
• Deep analytical, business and technical skills with advanced working knowledge of the Finance
function, in particular, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, and General Ledger / ERP systems and
structures (chart of accounts, Finance data, accounting, and reporting rulesets)
• Ability to think strategically, synthesize the most complex business/financial data and develop
innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work
assignments and work well under pressure
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, lead, motivate and influence others to support
corporate goals and objectives
• Creative and innovative – must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with
competing priorities and resources
• Bonus Skills – knowledge of Yardi, Sales Force, and the Real Estate vertical all a huge plus
