The Individual will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s network of channel partners. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented individual who can identify and source new channel partners, manage existing relationships, and drive growth across multiple business segments. You will be involved in market research, relationship-building, and performance tracking to ensure that the company's channel network is well-positioned to drive revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Identification and Sourcing:
• Identify and source new channel partners within assigned verticals.
• Develop strategies to target high-potential partners across multiple verticals, including technology, retail, manufacturing, and more.
Relationship Management:
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partners success and engagement.
• Regularly communicate with partners to align strategies and goals.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Track and evaluate the performance of channel partners in assigned verticals.
• Analyse sales data, growth metrics, and market trends to assess channel effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to optimize channel strategies.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential and existing partners.
• Ensure all contracts, agreements, and partnerships comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on channel performance, revenue, and growth metrics for management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving channel strategies based on data analysis.
