iii. Should have handled Statutory compliance in previous organization including Liaoning.
iv. Should be energetic and solution oriented.
v. Good Presentation & Negotiation Skills
vi. Good English Communication & Drafting Skills special legal drafts / Agreements / Letters etc.
1.Proactively identify and document potential areas, compliance risks and partner with business and stakeholders to formulate plans to safeguard the organisation from regulatory non-compliance risks.
2.Build/Enhance compliance monitoring systems & Ensure regulatory compliance checks through Self-Assessment process
3.Responsible for HR Compliances & Employee Relations (Pan India Locations)
4.Assisting in establishing an effective Compliance framework with an aim to ensure compliant environment within the Company (Pan India Level).
5.Act as a Custodian of Compliance Management and to inculcate the compliance practices within the Company.
6. Actual transaction and Process level testing to ensure that the practices on the ground are running in accordance with compliance and Company & HR policies.
. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
i. Dealing with cases reported by employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down
ii. Assisting in analysis of cases and making trend charts and also possible policy corrections.
iii. Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes, which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation.
iv. Assisting in investigations in certain cases as and when required.
v. Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
(1) PGDPM / MBA in HR Labour Laws or Master in Labour Studies
(2) Experience in HR Compliances & IR with compliances 5 + years from Manufacturing / Retail / Service industry
