Job Description:
Position Overview:
KreditVenture is seeking dynamic and motivated Relationship Executives/Managers
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing
and managing customers for Unsecured Business Loans up to 10-15 Lakh in the
assigned branches/regions. If you have a robust background in unsecured
business loans and possess exceptional relationship-building skills, we would
like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source
customers for Unsecured Business Loans by actively visiting potential
clients in the market.
- Build
and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling and referrals
within a 50 km radius of the assigned KreditVenture branch locations.
- Assess
financials and income of potential clients to determine eligibility for
loans.
- Prepare
and manage documentation required for the loan application process.
- Work
towards achieving disbursement targets of over 20-30 Lakhs per month.
- Report
regularly to the Branch Sales Head on progress, pipeline activity, and
market feedback.
- Develop
and sustain a high-yielding loan portfolio while managing and minimizing
delinquencies.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure
smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
of 3-4 years of experience in unsecured business loans at another NBFC.
- Proven
ability to disburse loans of over 30 Lakhs per month.
- Strong
understanding of customer financial assessment, eligibility criteria, and
documentation processes related to unsecured loans.
- Excellent
communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
