Job Description :

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to senior management, coordinating travel bookings, handling communication and assisting in day-to-day activities. Candidates with previous experience in tour and travel industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule, meetings and appointments

  • Prepare itineraries, travel plans and coordinate bookings (domestic & international)

  • Maintain client communication and follow-up

  • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation

  • Handle calls, emails and correspondence professionally

  • Coordinate with vendors, travel partners and service providers

  • Maintain files, invoices and travel-related documentation

  • Assist in visa processing, hotel booking, ticketing and travel planning

  • Support senior management in operational tasks

Skills :

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Good knowledge of travel processes (ticket booking, hotel booking, travel portals etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Excellent organizing and multitasking skills

  • Ability to interact confidently with clients and vendors
