We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to senior management, coordinating travel bookings, handling communication and assisting in day-to-day activities. Candidates with previous experience in tour and travel industry will be preferred.
Manage daily schedule, meetings and appointments
Prepare itineraries, travel plans and coordinate bookings (domestic & international)
Maintain client communication and follow-up
Prepare reports, presentations and documentation
Handle calls, emails and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners and service providers
Maintain files, invoices and travel-related documentation
Assist in visa processing, hotel booking, ticketing and travel planning
Support senior management in operational tasks

Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of travel processes (ticket booking, hotel booking, travel portals etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Excellent organizing and multitasking skills
Ability to interact confidently with clients and vendors
