Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Specialist -Sales with 8-10 years of experience to spearhead business development and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
o Identify new market opportunities and establish go-to-market plans.
2. Business Development:
o Generate leads through networking, research, and strategic initiatives.
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and product teams, to align offerings with client needs.
o Collaborate on proposal development, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
o Lead contract negotiations and secure profitable deals.
o Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
6. Market Insights and Reporting:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
o Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
7. Leadership and Mentoring:
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
o Foster a high-performance culture and drive team motivation.

Skills and Experience Required:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
? 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably 
? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
