Job Description:

  • Plan, execute and manage brand campaigns whilst ensuring brand consistency
  • Work with agencies, internal shared services, and stakeholders to develop full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid media, organic, content marketing, PR, email, SEO and webinars.
  • Research themes and keywords relevant to personas in targeted market segments
  • Develop campaigns for marketing funnels
  • Regularly generate, edit, and publish social media posts, stories, and marketing content
  • Be data-driven. Collect, monitor, and analyse performance metrics of the campaigns and prepare reports with insights, uncovering areas for improvement to test and optimise campaigns
  • Set-up, manage and maintain social channels, websites, and intranet
  • Manage timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective marketing spends
  • You should be familiar with keyword research and search engine optimisation
  • Developing and managing campaigns on digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Adwords). social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Twitter) and communication channels (mobile apps, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Tools and methods to collect and analyse campaign performance (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g. Adobe, Acoustics)
  • Content management systems (e.g. Interwoven, SharePoint_
  • Design tools and simple coding (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, HTML)
  • Equipped with video editing tools 

Qualification:

18, 28, 48

Skills:

  • Relevant digital marketing work experience, atleast 3-6 years
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrable marketing communications judgement, creativity, and flair
  • Understand digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Strong communicator
