Job Description:

KYC/Account Opening

  • Drive the post account opening functions including client registrations (UCC creation) and modifications with NSE, BSE, MCX, KRA, CERSAI and other regulators.
  • Handle operational aspects of Sub-broker/business partners enrolment and Servicing
  • Emphasis on process improvement with better working standards
  • Identify the need of system automation and implement the same within the department with proper controls
  • Implement new regulations with respect to UCC related activities with exchanges, KRA, CERSAI
  • Implement new regulations with respect to authorised person registrations and servicing
  • Closely track the deviations through various controls, identify the gaps and execute the changes to solve the issues
  • Customer servicing through CRM.
