We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Wealth Manager to join our team, operating from our Branches. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by selling wealth products to clients, understanding their investment needs and providing them with tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of wealth management products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in branch area for client base expansion
Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics by 3X
Develop or acquire new clients, tailor financial products to their needs
Utilize leads from branch clients for wealth services, selling financial products
Recruit and manage sub brokers , generate business from them
Conduct seminars / webinars to educate audiences on financial products
Assess client's financial goals , risk tolerance and preferences thoroughly then create personalized wealth management plans
Offer comprehensive services for client queries and operations
Educate Clients on wealth products like mutual funds and retirement plans , cross selling to deepen relationships and boost revenue
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes for informed advice, maintaining accurate client records in compliance
Report to Branch Manager with MIS and DEAL CLOSURES
