For Dapoli we can give him designation as Sales Manager
Salary for Dapoli will be provided inbetween 30 K to 35 K
Salary for Pune and Kolhapur will be provided inbetween 22 K to 25 K
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting our travel products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell domestic travel packages, tours, and related services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
• Understand customer needs and tailor travel packages accordingly.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, destination knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
