Job Description:

Functions / Duties to be performed:                                                                                                          ? Conducting Internal Audits.
? Lead the assignments for Plant Engineering Utility system.
? Demand Supply Gap analysis of Energy Consumption.
? Verification of Energy Conservation projects.
? Review of Engineering Operation Practices.
? Review of plant maintenance.
? Identification of Energy Saving Opportunities and Provide Energy Conservation (ENCON) Measures with
cost benefits in manufacturing process and utilities.
? Carbon Foot printing Validation of GHG emissions indirect and direct emissions.
? Conducting Energy Audits Procedures, researching alternative sources of energy, performance
assessments of utilities, evaluation of specific energy consumption of product, energy conservation
measure, etc.
? Performance Assessment of Electrical & Thermal Utilities.
? Energy Bill Analysis, Product SEC, Heat Cycle Analysis
? Energy Mass Balance of Process/Utilities.
? Conducting Water Audit & Water Mass Balance Study.
? Conducting field measurement and Energy surveys.

Skills:

Skills/Specialized knowledge:
· Well Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process
Understanding and able to identify gaps.
· Finding of Energy Conservations Opportunities.
· Well Knowledge & Handling of Energy Audit Equipment’s such as
Power & Power Quality Analyzer, Ultrasonic Flow Meter, Thermal
Imaging Camera, Flue Gas Analyzer, etc.
· Ability to interpret Electrical SLD’s, Hot water & Cold-water systems
layouts, process flow schematic work with industry-specific tools.
· Excellent knowledge of Rules & Regulations and Methodology of
Audit.
· Techno-Commercial Report Preparation.
· Good Communication Skills.
