Job Description :

Job Responsibilities :
? Communicating with management and carrying out office tasks.
? Accepting calls, screening incoming calls, and redirecting calls.
? Arranging and arranging appointments, activities, and schedules.
? Greeting and aiding guests in a kind and knowledgeable manner.
? Answering routine questions and organizing mail.
? Document scanning, printing, and filing.
? Keeping an eye on office equipment and placing replacement orders.
? Maintaining order in the waiting area and abiding by business protocol.
? If necessary, carry out additional administrative duties.
? Coordinating with HR for various coordination
