Job Description :

1.     Business Development Strategy:

·       Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

·       Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market needs, and competitor analysis.

2.     Client Relationship Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their event requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

3.     Team Leadership and Management:

·       Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.

·       Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and creative teams, to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

4.     Sales and Revenue Generation:

·       Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets through effective lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals.

·       Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to senior management.

5.     Marketing and Branding:

·       Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness in the region.

·       Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to attract potential clients.

6.     Financial Management:

·       Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability.

·       Monitor expenses, revenue, and financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize financial results.
