Z-2522 | Manager Accounting

The Accounting Manager will assist the Controller with most aspects of the accounting department including management of the different
teams within the group. This includes management of the day-to-day functions, closing tasks, and audits to ensure deadlines are met and
the functions are completed with accuracy.
• Manage the closing process, projects, year-end, and filings requirements to ensure timely completion. (20%)
• Review work completed by the team to ensure accuracy and adherence to the agreements with our clients. (20%)
• Review and test for completeness of work completed by the teams. (20%)
• Ensure the Controller is informed and aware of important changes, happenings, and any other pertinent information. (20%)
• Manage and develop the growth, productivity, efficiency, and happiness of the employees in our department. (20%)
• Maintain a good working relationship with the teams outside of the Accounting department.
• Other duties as needed.
• The position will supervise 2-5 employees.
• Decision making and independent judgment will be required on a day-to-day basis.
