Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join
our team. The sales coordinator will support the sales team by managing
schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team with daily sales operations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Prepare sales contracts and ensure adherence to company policies.

Skills:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sales and CRM software.
Knowledge of Business Central Microsoft Navision
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive approach.
