Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead – DSA Sales & Operations to oversee a team responsible for onboarding and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for business, mortgage, housing, and personal loans. This role will also include managing the operations team, ensuring smooth file logins, and coordinating disbursements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in DSA onboarding and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management:
  • Lead and oversee the DSA sales team, ensuring effective onboarding of new DSAs for business, mortgage, housing, and personal loans.
  • Guide and mentor team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Manage the operations team responsible for loan file logins, approvals, and timely disbursements.
• Sales Leadership:
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation through DSAs and ensure consistent deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to streamline the loan processing and disbursement workflow.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the sales and operations teams, improving turnaround times and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee the entire loan process, from onboarding DSAs to file submission, credit approvals, and final disbursements.
  • Monitor and manage operational KPIs to ensure the efficient flow of loan applications.
• Strategy & Growth:
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the DSA network and increasing loan product penetration in the market.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to drive innovation and improvements.

Skills :

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing sales and operations teams, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or DSAs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, especially in the areas of business, mortgage, housing, and personal loans.
  • Strong operational acumen, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales and operations management software
