Job Description:

·       Communication with shippers to provide rates.

·       Communication with customers and supervisors to communicate emergencies, delays, and carrier schedule changes.

·       Overseeing the transportation of inbound and outbound packages.

·       Maintaining stock lists and managing inventory audit processes 

·       Planning and tracking shipments, including costs and timelines 

·       Assisting with routing tasks 

·       Completing and following up on registration and traffic documents.

·       Completing customer-related product documentation.

·       Providing support with supply chain finance, letter of credit agreements, data entry, and freight invoices 

·       Coordinating rush orders and order changes 

·       Monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.

·       Analysing logistical problems and developing new solutions,
