Job Description :

Key Responsibilities: 

 1. Accounting and Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
 2. Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
 3. Tax Compliance: Coordinate the preparation, filing, and compliance of various tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other statutory obligations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
 4. Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Supervise the development of financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights into financial performance and supporting strategic planning.
 5. Working Capital Management: Collaborate with departments to optimize working capital, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
 6. Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets, enhance the accuracy of financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. 
 7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support operational needs and address financial aspects of business operations. 
 8. Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team, ensuring professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualification :

Skills :

. Experience: Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, preferably in a leadership or senior managerial role.

 2. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Strong proficiency in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
 3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. 
 4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.
 5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial data to stakeholders.
 6. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, with the capacity to build strong relationships across the organization. 
 7. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
