Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of
accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger
maintenance, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and
accurate financial reporting for management, external auditors, and
regulatory authorities.
3. Tax Compliance: Coordinate the preparation, filing, and compliance of
various tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other statutory
obligations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
4. Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Supervise the development of
financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights into financial
performance and supporting strategic planning.
5. Working Capital Management: Collaborate with departments to optimize
working capital, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable,
and inventory levels.
6. Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal controls and procedures
