Metrics Tracking: Monitor community engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
Maintain regular communication with community members through various channels, including
social media, email, and in-person interactions.
Identify and monitor relevant community metrics, such as event attendance and engagement levels.
Position Summary

Skills:
Qualification and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMS) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and engage communities, with a focus on customer retention. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations. Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, handle changing priorities. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong Research and Analytical Skills. Active listening & problem-solving mindset. Experience in Event coordination & multitasking abilities. 2-4 years of work experience in roles related to community engagement, customer relationship management or similar fields. Familiarity with MSME Sector
