Location is BOISAR

1.  Good knowledge in end to end project lifecycle and expertise in project scoping and execution in work plans and revise as appropriate to meet the changing business needs.

2.  Knowledge of regulatory requirements and understanding of finished drug development.

3.  Aware of technology transfer process from R&D to plant and batches execution system at plant.

4.  Monitor overall product development budget, project progress on an ongoing basis and set timelines/ deadlines for activities per milestones for cross functional teams.

5.  Good in stakeholder management and handling day to day communication and coordination of the operational aspects with internal and external stakeholders.

6.  Organising and communicating project kick offs, stage gates, monthly, fortnightly and weekly meetings (internal & external), preparing minutes of meetings and defining action items and responsibilities.

7.Preparation, updation and maintenance of project management database with reference to various trackers and presentations.

8.  Identify and assess potential risks associated with a project and communicate to the reporting manager.

9.  Effectively apply PM tools & methodologies and enforce project standards.

10.  Good in MS Excel and well versed with MIS.
