Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Specialist - Product and Service Sales to join our team. With 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves selling our proprietary products alongside other technical offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. A deep understanding of technology and the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting-Identify potential clients and opportunities for our products—TenderGenie, FlipGenie, OSHApp, and Global Compliant Management Solutions—through market research, networking, and outreach.

Sales Execution-Present, pitch, and sell products and services, showcasing their value and ROI. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Product Demonstration-Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our proprietary solutions.

Client Relationship Management-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Collaboration with Internal Teams-Work with product, delivery, and marketing teams to align client requirements with our offerings. Facilitate smooth handovers and successful implementation of solutions.
?
Performance Tracking and Reporting-Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the sales strategy.
?
Market Insights-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine our value proposition for the target audience.

Desired Knowledge and attributes

Preferred Experience - Involvement in closing deals with customers requiring solutions regarding the following technologies
Product Expertise
Experience in selling solutions such as TenderGenie (tendering platform), FlipGenie (asset management), OSHApp (safety compliance), and Global Compliant Management solutions
Technical Solutions
Ability to pitch additional offerings like Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and Web Applications using .Net Core/Angular/React/Next.js.
AI/ML Expertise
Awareness or capability to position AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, showcasing their business impact.
Sales Skills
Proven ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions and align them with client objectives
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Marketing, or a related field
5-8 years in sales, business development, or client servicing with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products.
