Considering the historical data, operating metrics to build financial models and forecasts.
Conduct various analysis such as Scenario analysis (based on macro and micro factors), Comparable Company Analysis, Analysis of Financial Statements and information, etc.
Conduct industry specific research and other research tasks, as directed.
Develop valuation parameters applicable to other developing countries within Asia and Africa.
Draft report, valuation analysis, management representation letters and memorandums.
Track tax and regulatory developments in the field of valuation.

CA/CFA/MBA- Finance with Min 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Valuation
Having sound knowledge of analytics and Capital Market
Meticulous and with an analytical bent of mind to drive to deliver quality and time-bound work output
