Job Title: Telecaller – Stock Market Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our stock market advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, explaining stock market services, and converting leads into customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of financial markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
    • Identify and generate leads interested in stock market-related services.
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Explain stock market products, trading platforms, and services offered.
    • Clarify doubts regarding investments, trading, and advisory services.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities.
  3. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Track sales performance and maintain records of client interactions.
  4. Market Updates:
    • Stay updated with current market trends, financial news, and company offerings.
    • Share relevant updates with potential clients to keep them informed.
  5. Customer Support:
    • Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Guide clients through the onboarding process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum graduation requirement.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support, especially in financial or stock market sectors, is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of stock market and investment concepts.
    • Persuasive and confident in approach.
    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
