Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Wealth Manager/Senior
Wealth Manager in Private Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring
and advising High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), maintaining client relationships, generating Assets
under Management (AUM), providing investment advice, and participating in business development
activities to expand the client base.


A. Key Responsibilities (KPIs):
1. Approach to Leads for Acquiring & Advising HNI Clients:
? Utilize reference marketing, LinkedIn, and other organic methods to acquire and advise
Affluent and Super Affluent clients.
? Engage in lead generation activities and networking to expand the client base and increase
AUM.
2. Maintaining Client Relationships and Generating AUM:
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with preferred clients across different asset classes.
? Generate AUM from existing clients through effective portfolio management and Investment
planning.
3. Advising Affluent Clients:
? Collaborate with the Research team, financial planning department, and operations team to
advise Affluent clients on their existing investments and overall financial portfolio.
? Deepen the wallet from existing clients by identifying opportunities for additional investments
and services.
4. Coordinating with Financial Planning and Research Teams:
? Coordinate with the financial planning team and research team to make informed investment
decisions for clients.
? Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities to provide relevant advice to
clients.
5. Organizing Seminars and Workshops:
? Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to attract
new clients and enhance brand visibility.
B. Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Acquisition:
? Achieve targets for acquiring new clients and expanding the client base.
? Proactively engage in lead generation activities and networking to increase AUM.
2. Advice:
? Provide investment planning and product suggestions tailored to clients' financial plans and
requirements.
? Continuously enhance the quality and impact of financial products sold to clients.
3. Alive:
? Ensure high persistence in renewal by delivering value-added services and maintaining strong
client relationships.
? Increase the reference rate for new clients through satisfied client referrals and positive
word-of-mouth.

Skills :

Qualifications:
? (Graduation) Bachelor's degree or Professional Course in Finance, Business Administration, or
a related field like Chartered Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst etc.
? Prior experience working in wealth management, private banking, Portfolio Management
Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, etc., with exposure to HNI client management.
? Minimum entry-level portfolio amount of Rs 50 lakhs and above.
? Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and deliver impactful
presentations.
? Experience in managing HNI clients and excellent personal and virtual meeting skills.
? Knowledge of the equity market, capital market, and wealth products.
? Minimum of 4+ years of experience in advisory/wealth management.
? Candidates with existing AUM will be preferred.
? NISM-Series-XXI-A & NISM-Series-V-A certifications are required.
