· Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and keyword research tools.
Manage the monetization process for video content on YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Josh and other video platforms.
· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms for video optimization.
· Upload video content to our YouTube channel, ensuring that all metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails , are optimized for search and audience engagement.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including watch time, audience retention, and engagement, to identify areas for improvement.
· Troubleshoot any issues related to video uploads, scheduling, or metadata optimization.
· Stay updated on YouTube's platform changes, trends, platform policies and best practices for video optimization.
· Provide regular reports and insights on video performance and optimization efforts to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase video views and engagement.
