Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely accounting entries.
  2. Proficiency in Busy Software: Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Busy software.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and update financial records.
  4. Vendor & Payment Management: Link payments to vendors, verify invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
  5. Outstanding & Ageing Reports: Prepare and manage outstanding dues, ageing analysis, and follow-ups for payments.
  6. GST & Tax Compliance: Assist in GST return preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  7. Financial Reporting: Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and MIS as required.
  8. Coordination: Collaborate with auditors, finance teams, and vendors for smooth accounting operations.

Skills :

 Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup
  2. Proficiency in Busy accounting software
  3. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and ageing analysis
  4. Basic understanding of GST & taxation
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
