Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop talent pipelines.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve candidate experience and market positioning.
  • Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry professionals as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment team culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 10-12+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the FMCG or related industries. Should have team handing & prior experience of managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • Ability to drive team performance and foster a positive work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines under pressure.
