Develop and execute effective
recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job
postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and
develop talent pipelines.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media,
referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve candidate
experience and market positioning.
Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics and
optimize hiring strategies.
Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and
industry professionals as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear
goals and performance metrics.
Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to
enhance their skills and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment team
culture.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent
acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. An
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
10-12+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in
the FMCG or related industries. Should have team handing & prior
experience of managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing
techniques, and employer branding.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret
recruitment data and metrics.
Ability to drive team performance and foster a positive work
environment
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
under pressure.
