Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective
recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job
postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and
develop talent pipelines.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media,
referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve candidate
experience and market positioning.
- Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics and
optimize hiring strategies.
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and
industry professionals as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear
goals and performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to
enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment team
culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent
acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. An
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 10-12+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in
the FMCG or related industries. Should have team handing & prior
experience of managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing
techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret
recruitment data and metrics.
- Ability to drive team performance and foster a positive work
environment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
under pressure.
