We are recruiting for a lead VP/Sr.Financial analyst to build a team of analyst in India. The team will work closely and augment the team in USA.

The PE firm is based in New York and California and specializes in investing in Internet/software based companies. The firm has recently raised >2 billion dollars and is actively looking for rapidly growing companies. The firm has a long record of successful investments and growth.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the database from various sources and identify the companies that meet predefined criteria

•Conduct detail research and financial analysis on these companies.

Conduct valuation analysis using trading & transaction comps, DCF, LBO, and merger models

• Develop detailed financial projections and investment memos for potential investments and present to the partners.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and develop insights that support investment decisions and portfolio management strategies

• Support the investment team in the due diligence process for potential investments

• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement financial reporting processes and best practices

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

This is a full-time position with the option of working remotely . Flexible hours needed to work with USA team.
