• Technical feasibility of the Project
• Commercial feasibility of the product – Industry Overview, Govt. Policies, Marketing Strategies, Strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,
• Conducting industry research on the various type of industries
• Financial Viability of the project Cost of project and means of finance, DSCR/IRR/ Payback period, Break Even Point and Sensitivity Analysis, etc.
• SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis
• Interacting with senior bankers and clients: senior executives.
• Facilitating due diligence.
