We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Relationship Manager to join us in our Kolhapur office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in relationship management and a deep understanding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building strong client relationships, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to expand the business.
2. Understand the client's needs and provide them with appropriate financial solutions, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and manage the risk profile of the clients.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the prompt and effective delivery of financial solutions.
5. Provide regular updates to clients on the changes in the financial market and the impact on their portfolio.
6. Conduct regular reviews of client's accounts and make necessary adjustments to meet their changing needs.
7. Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the financial market.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Excellent understanding

5. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
7. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
