Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, optimizing the candidate experience, and working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, manage a team of recruiters, and continuously improve the talent acquisition process.


Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy Development:
• Manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in line with business needs.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide talent solutions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Recruitment & Sourcing:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates for various roles.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, recruitment agencies, etc.) to identify top talent.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional conduct.
• Conduct interview training and coaching for hiring managers to ensure consistency in the hiring process.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree, MBA - HR, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications

• Experience:
o Minimum 4 years of experience in TA
o Real Estate Experience will be preferred
