Job Preference:
- [10]+ years of experience in corporate finance / FP&A / accounting
- Undergraduate degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics)
- Graduate degree a positive, but not required; CFA Charter holder a positive, but not required; prior residential real estate experience a positive, but not required
- Demonstrated track record of success building, managing and leading large cross-functional, teams in service of U.S.-based companies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal, quantitative, and written communication skills
- High standards of accuracy and precision; strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to work effectively under tight time constraints and multi-task on various projects

Job Description:
- Work closely with leadership of the Merchant Banking and Research and Analytics business segments to develop, oversee and manage capabilities offshore across a variety of finance, research and analytics related disciplines
- Assist in the hiring and supervision of a team of personnel designed to provide these capabilities
- Design and oversee system for ensuring high-quality work product is delivered on a timely, consistent, and accurate basis
- Ensure smooth ramp-up as capabilities are onboarded to off-shore offices and personnel
- Manage highly-organized process for the production and transmission of work product between local site and U.S.-based company headquarters
- Supervisory areas likely to include, amongst others: Data analysis, research insights, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, accounting, quality assurance, and real estate portfolio performance
