Develop and implement strategies to attract potential buyers.
Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with back-office teams and builder sales teams.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline sales processes.
Record Keeping:
Keep accurate records of calls, site visits, and conversions.
Ensure data is up-to-date and accurately reflects customer interactions.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to schedule client appointments.
Strive to achieve high conversion rates from appointments to sales.
Lead Qualification and Follow-Up:
Ensure every qualified lead follows a defined process for aggressive follow-up and site visits.

Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel and take necessary actions to drive conversions.
